Operation BBQ Relief deploys volunteer pitmasters to disaster zones across the country to do what pitmasters do best - fire up the smokers and feed people. When floods, tornadoes, and wildfires hit, these are the people showing up with equipment and feeding thousands of survivors and first responders who need it most.
