Love your gear, or we'll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help with a refund or replacement.

Email us at support@thesnarkyspatula.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can fix it fast.

Because every item is printed just for you, we can’t refund size changes, wrong addresses, or buyer’s remorse - but if we messed it up, we’ll own it.
